I'm the photographer behind Cocomel Portraits — one person, one camera, and a deep love for the moments that matter. I've photographed over a thousand families from all kinds of backgrounds across the Bay Area and Northern California. The work is rooted in genuine connection: a toddler's belly laugh, the quiet way a partner rests their hand on a growing bump, a newborn curling into their parent's chest.
I studied film before turning fully to still photography — that background still shapes how I see light and story. These days I'm based in Contra Costa County, serving the whole region from San Francisco and the Peninsula to the South Bay, North Bay, Santa Cruz, and beyond.
I keep the tone minimal and the focus on you. The best photos happen when everyone feels at ease, and I work to make that true every time.
